Does not update tickets

The app does not update when a ticket has been closed or notifications do not update. I have over 140 notifications even though I check the app several times a day.

Decent App but lacks features

Decent App! BUT You can't see the images if someone paste's the image into the ticket, forcing you to get on a laptop/desktop to view it. You can't view KB Articles You can't manage contacts

Unreliable

I am constantly getting errors that I cannot connect to the server. When both the application the iPhone and everything else up and running, I can easily connect with these tickets on the web version, but the mobile app is spotty at best.

Notification/Badge issue

Bring back the option to clear the notifications/badge on the app. We use to be able to clear them when we entered the notification section inside the app and there was a button on the top right to clear them when we notifications. The button should be there permanently. It only shows up when a ticket is assigned or a reply to the ticket a user is assigned to. Just leave the button permanently there so we can clear all notifications

Notification screen not updating

The notifications screen isn’t working correctly in this version. Latest notification on this screen is from 6 days ago. I have multiple tickets and updates today but nothing new shows up.

No help feature

Time clock logging bugged out on my iPhone.

The “NEXT” button when signing in is behind the Dynamic island. No way to continue!!!

This is annoying because I cannot sign in to my workspace because your UI doesn’t allow my to click on NEXT because it is behind the dynamic island, and I cannot also put the app on landscape mode. Please sort this ASAP. Maybe consider putting the NEXT button at the bottom instead!

Good, but…

This has been glitchy for a while, in that every time I click the button to “see more” to expand conversations, I am met with an error that says, “oops. The server is unable to meet your request. Please try again after some time.” It has been doing this every time I try to click to expand the conversations in a ticket for well over a month. I have closed the app entirely, restarted my phone, and tried every tech thing I can think of, but the issue persists. If this can be fixed, it will be great. Also, the “threads” option doesn’t allow the functionality to start an internal discussion; it only lets you forward tickets, which is inconvenient.

PLEASE ADD DARK MODE FOR WEB AND APP

Please add a dark mode. It will save so much eye pain for a lot of people. I don’t understand how this is not a feature is 2025. Every one of the app/feature updates you all announce, have a black background. Please just make the feature a reality. Dark mode PLEASE

Needs some features

There should be an option to mute the app, so I don't need to constantly change the notification times

No Dark Theme

I've used this app and website since 2018. Often times I'm using it later in the evening and would prefer to keep the screen brightness to a minimum. There is no native dark mode or dark theme and the all white GUI is fatiguing.

Hold my filter

It won’t hold my selection and there is no option to save my preferences

Can’t see original post once someone responds iOS

New version not Q/C’d. in iOS version, you cannot see the entire original ticket from sender once there is a response.

Poor customer service

All not in your home country, all slow, and they stick to the corporate rules. Big business that doesn’t care about the customer.

Filtering and search feature does not work.

Their website on the browser for the phone doesn’t display properly and isn’t scaled correctly. So you can’t physically do anything requiring you to use the app. However the app is unable to search for anything. Even if the title says “support” and you search for “support” the end result says “No results found”

I can’t even log in

Even though the helpdesk link is correct and works elsewhere, it is not syncing or recognized with the app, and I can’t log in. So the app is completely useless to me, but I would absolutely love to use it on my phone.

App Lacks needed features

Errors: never shows attachments in ticket —— never allows you to search past tickets —— never allows you to use the link article in a ticket —— alerts never sync if you open on computer/broswer. Have to mark read on APP too. ——— Have tried sending in customer support ticket but it was NOT helpful because I wasn’t account manager so they couldn’t look into our account. But its issue in ALL accounts not just ours

bait and switch

Beware. They offer you 10 free seats. Then 6 months later they “change their terms” to only 2 free seats. Plus they can’t filter spam effectively. Pay for Zendesk.

Images Do Not Render in Mobile App

When users submit tickets, their embedded images do not show up in the mobile app. They are visible in the web app though. This severely hinders our ability to support users unless we are in the web app.

Updates

Overall, the app isn’t that bad, but every time this app updates it messes with my notification schedule. I use the phone to alert me to any new tickets or updated tickets. Every time this app updates it changes the hours I’m supposed to be notified in the day. Then it’ll switch between choosing specific days and weekdays vs daily. I don’t mind them changing the format, but don’t change my schedule from Monday through Friday to Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday!!!

Tech support

Great app only thing is person sending support ticket doesn’t know if it went thru or what time it was sent. Only the person receiving can see that

10+ years, its total absolute garbage

Anyone thats used Freshdesk or Fresh-whatever-they-call-it knows this is terrible software and the worst decision of vender lockin you will ever experience. Do NOT use freshdesk. Feel free to reach out to me if you want specifics of how bad this software is.

It’s “just ok”. Not a joy to use.

I don’t feel like it’s anything very special. It’s getting the job done but the ui is bland and the layout is bland. The workflow isn’t always smooth or well thought out. I don’t feel like I’m using a very modern product most of the time. I mean, just in the text editor when I’m writing in a ticket, it adds extra characters, mystically changes formatting between lines when I’m only typing regular characters. I’ve had pasted hyperlinks get mangled and not work when customer gets it. Most of the time I want an actual plain text editor without all the smart. I’m just using Safari or Chrome most of the time. No addons. I can’t believe they aren’t seeing these things I’m annoyed by. Fix it please.

Nice ticket system

Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app

Crash after last update

The latest update causes the iPad app to crash on open. Still works on iPhone but dead on iPad.

Useless App

Why can't I put a ticket number in the search box and have it pop up immediately? Literally can't get ANYTHING done in this app while I'm on the road and am stuck constantly fumbling with the web interface.

Horrible

The app is clunky and the the UI is bad. I am not able to access analysis for my team I am forced to use a laptop.

Great App get and check it out!

This cool app lets you do tickets on the go, in the office, and wherever else you could need to do business. It is the way I organize my life, business, and everything in it.

Saves me when I need to be on the go

I work remotely, and have had to travel a bit lately, and when I discovered the FreshDesk app it totally changed how I am able to respond to tickets. It’s limited in some capacities for the phone compared to desktop (what app isn’t?) but this has been a FANTASTIC discovery of a work related app.

All unresolved tickets has a 1 even when there are none

It is the most annoying thing even when you only have one ticket you have to when you have no tickets you have one please fix

Simple things don't work right

Cannot paste text into a new ticket. Paste is a huge issue throughout the mobile software. Please fix that.

Company actively discriminates against disabled

In 2023 you have to work HARD to have an iOS app with the tiniest font that can’t be enlarged somehow. Either app settings or iOS settings. Forced to use Freshdesk for 10 years now. Only surprise is how they can constantly and consistently iterate on an even more terrible service.

Notifications don’t work

Tried adjusting all the notification settings, several different configurations, but no luck. To me, app is useless without notifications.

Fresh supervisor needed

They should have a supervisor view as well for the app

App crashes

App crashes every time you try to put a ticket to closed status. This has been happening for a while now, and my hope was that it would be fixed by now. No luck on that!

Not bad for a start

Seems like a young app needs to be much more intuitive AI integrated into it. Time will tell always does 😁

Doesn’t even load

Since the last update, it won’t even load. Throws an error asking me to retry, but nothing shows up. I can access through a browser on my mobile but the app is completely unusable.

Zoom and font options

Needs font size option and be able to zoom in on a ticket.
