If you try to reply a ticket and set is as Answered, the app crashes (on iPad Pro).
Also the app is not optimized for iPad at all...it does scale properly but this is not native iPad experience. On an iPad you need to show the menu at all times.
Also for both iPhone and iPad the app is pretty useless if you just want to check your saved views (no access to that) and see how many open tickets are there in each one of them.
