Good app but crash when trying to open a customer ticket
I use freshdesk now for many years and I used it in different companies for building and organizing customer support. The web tool is amazing and the app for IPhone and iPad are completely enough to solve easy tickets with automated scenarios or canned responses on the go. Free version of the tool is enough for most of the cases but when you grow you are happy to have a tool you can rely on and you never get good stuff for free. So its totally worth it. Thank you!
The Freahdesk platform, and the app for iOS, is fantastic. Every update makes it better and better.

It is not possible to save changes. The App is useless.
Looks good, but the lack of push notifications is a no-go.
Perfect for keeping up mobile with open tickets. I am just missing the access to the knowledge base (solutions) Therefore 4 stars --- Tut was es verspricht. Leider gibt es keinen Zugeiff auf die Knowledgebase, daher 4 Sterne.
Looking forward to knowledge base and time tracking being in app. Also push notifications are needed. Otherwise amazing.
This app is insane!!! The ppl call you at home for no reason within 8 hrs of installing. So invasive. Deletion is happening right now!!!!
No push notifications, and no ipad support makes it pretty useless.

Ive been using the web app to manage my FreshDesk tickets for a while now and Ive got to say this app is perfect. The native UI is a breeze to navigate and the commands are easy to execute. FreshDesk is already the easiest help desk software to manage and now with this app it just got a little more convenient.
I love this app. It gives me the most important functionality for offering support. The design is delightful, easy, and fresh in design, especially compared to Zendesks app. Havent experienced any crashes. Smooth and reliable. Only thing I wish was that it had FAQ and Forum integration.
Liking this a lot. The implementation is clean and really simple. Hope notifications are on the radar.

With the new iOS app my team can manage tickets on the go! Great UI that allows my team agents to quickly respond,diagnose and close tickets in a timely matter. If your not using Freshdesk, youre missing out!
