This update is awful! I cant login at all I have to load the mobile website to access my account. Why is it asking for support url? I out in the same one I visit in safari and its not working!
If you try to reply a ticket and set is as Answered, the app crashes (on iPad Pro). Also the app is not optimized for iPad at all...it does scale properly but this is not native iPad experience. On an iPad you need to show the menu at all times. Also for both iPhone and iPad the app is pretty useless if you just want to check your saved views (no access to that) and see how many open tickets are there in each one of them.
It would be great to have this app work rather then crash. I bet they will fix then I can give higher rating. Until then. 2 stars for your effort.
Doesnt appear to support SSO. I suggest using the mobile website instead of bothering with this app. Perhaps there will be some improvements in a future version.
This app doesnt work at all on the iPhone 6s using iOS 9.2.
This app is a good effort towards a capable product however unfortunately falls short in several areas. Simply updating the agent on the ticket cause it to crash. The interface is clunky and frustrating to use. This is a very unfortunate state of affairs for a cloud-based service that is terrific to use on the web. It is even more challenging if you are on an iPad pro as the keyboards are enormous. Hopefully will update it sometime.
Cant even get past the login screen. Gives "unknown error" when I try to login on iPhone 6 or 6s.
The New update is so slow and has odd behaviors. After clicking "send and close" the app wont return to ticket views. The buttons are now placed on top which make them Difficult to reach. Using this update has become a slower experience to us
Since the update I am unable to log into the app to access the tickets.

Glad to see progress with the app, changes are appreciated. One suggestion, Apple Watch support, Ill pay for the coffee ;)
cant assign a ticket without having to scroll b/c subject & requestor fields were added to ticket info screen. and i cannot see all the ticket information on my screen and cant scroll over right or left or shrink the text to be able to see it.
The latest update refreshed the look, but it actually made the app much slower. For instance, after closing a ticket and returning to the All Unresolved Tickets view, the closed tickets still show up. You have to swipe down to update it whereas it used to update automatically and immediately.
Google authentication didnt work. Just threw a generic error. So its useless to me.
